Creator-founded
Jade Group was founded by Misty Lam, a passionate content creator with over 500,000 followers and more than 75 million total views across all her platforms combined. As her own following grew, the agency offers started arriving, and few of them fit what she was actually looking for. She was not willing to give up visibility into her own inbox, and she did not want a manager splitting their attention across thirty other creators. So she built the agency she had been looking for, on the principle that no one understands what a creator needs better than a creator.
